Subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@gonebg.com and we will review your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
